About Madigan Real Estate

Madigan Real Estate was established 82 years ago. Peter is a third generation Agent following in the footsteps of his grandfather and father.

Peter has been in Real Estate all his working life. He is in total day-to-day control of the Agency, and personally supervises every listing that is entrusted to the company.

He began working in his father's Real Estate office in Springvale after leaving Haileybury College where he obtained Honours in Accountancy.

In 1976 Peter obtained his full Estate Agents Licence and Auctioneers Licence, and opened his own Real Estate office in Cranbourne.

An Honorary Justice of the Peace in 1992, he is married with two grown up children.

Other staff in the office include Mary Madigan (Peter's wife & office receptionist), Shane Van de Wardt (sales) and John Church (handy-man).
